The aims of the NCC are to
develop the qualities of character, courage, comradeship, discipline,
leadership, secular outlook, spirit of adventure and sportsmanship and the
ideals of selfless service among the youth to make them useful citizens.
The NCC unit of Govt. College Kasaragod is functioning under 32 Kerala Battalion, NCC, Payyannur with one NCC officer and 53 cadets. Under the leadership of various ANOs and care taker NCC officers, the NCC unit has achieved meritorious distinction.
